Built for the ritual of carving. The Carver is a substantial white oak board designed to handle your roasts, joints, and whole birds with confidence — the routed channel running around the perimeter catches every drop of juice, keeping your bench clean and your carving surface dry.

At 400mm long and 300mm wide, it gives you real working space, while the 20mm solid white oak base provides the weight and stability you want when carving. The warm, open grain of the white oak only gets more beautiful with use.
