The Ray Board Collection

Inspired by the graceful glide of a stingray through water, the Ray Board brings a striking, organic silhouette to your kitchen or table. Each board is hand-shaped from laminated Black Walnut or White Oak — a construction that gives it greater stability and resistance to warping than a single slab this size could offer — with a broad, sweeping "wing" for serving and a tapered "tail" that doubles as a handle, as practical to carry as it is beautiful to display.

Equally at home serving up a wood-fired pizza, a cheese and charcuterie spread, or as a striking centrepiece for shared plates, the Ray Board is built to be used, not just admired. Every board is hand-shaped here in Mangawhai, Northland, and finished with food-safe oils to bring out the natural grain and depth of the timber.

Choose Black Walnut for rich, deep chocolate tones, or White Oak for a lighter, warmer grain — each piece one-of-a-kind, shaped by the character of its grain.
