The Carver Grande – White Oak, Kwila & Maple

This is a board that means business. A generous, substantial piece built for the serious cook, the entertainer, the Sunday roast carver. At 550mm long and 380mm wide, there's room for a whole leg of lamb, a full side of salmon, or a spread that stops conversation.

Crafted predominantly from American White Oak, with rich Kwila and pale Maple accent strips running the length of the board, every Carver Grande is a one-of-a-kind piece. The contrast between the warm golden oak, the deep chocolate of the Kwila, and the bright Maple creates a visual rhythm that's as satisfying as the board is functional.

A routed juice groove runs the perimeter to catch every drop, and rubber feet keep the board firmly in place while you work. This is a board you'll reach for every time.

Finish

Finished with a food-safe mineral oil and beeswax blend, hand-applied to nourish the timber and provide a natural, water-resistant surface.

Construction

Assembled with waterproof, food-safe glue. Built to last and safe for everyday use with food.

Care

  • Hand wash only — do not submerge or place in dishwasher
  • Dry immediately after washing
  • Re-condition periodically with food-safe mineral oil or beeswax to maintain the finish
